About this app

This SMS-Application itself features a lot of awesome stuff like
- Multi-SIM support
- backup and restore of messages
- lot of design customization
- and that all being ad-free and open-source!

But what makes this app UNIQUE from all the other apps is the integrated forwarding from notifications of any app directly to your Car-Infotainment-System, so you can read them there.
Furthermore messages from apps like WhatsApp and Signal can be directly associated with the contact, so you even can call the person or send a SMS message back (depending on the Infotainment function).
R E Q U I R E M E N T S
To view the Notifications from other apps in your Car-Infotainment-System, the system need support for displaying SMS messages in the car (Bluetooth-MAP Profile!)

Thank you! All my previous phones could send and receive texts with my 2013 Ford. My new phone doesn't. Thanks to this app, my Ford can send and receive texts again. It would be great if there were instructions. I was a bit confused. It took me at least three tries (probably four) to get it working. I could swear the menu changed at some point. Anyway, a bit of hurdle to get it working, but definitely worth it. I'll have to buy you a couple cups of coffee.

Replaces the default SMS app so that any Android notification can be forwarded as a fake SMS message over Bluetooth to cars that support Bluetooth messages. Works pretty ok in my Tesla. Unfortunately, the app does not support replying. I would hope it would be able to intercept a fake reply sms to a specific set of messaging apps like WhatsApp. With my FitBit for example I can voice reply via my watch.

Been using it to forward notifications, SMS and WhatsApp messages to my car display for two years. Very happy. For Facebook Messenger, at one stage it sent the full message content but then after a few weeks it reverted to sending just a notification. How can I set it up to send full messages from Facebook Messenger?

Have you changed something with the FB-Messenger-Notification itself? Tested it with the current Version and everything is working fine on my side.
